Self Reliance is more than a belief - it's a way of life. Beyond being better prepared to meet life's challenges and more reliant on our own abilities or resources, there is even a greater purpose that each of us can discover for ourselves. Self reliance provides us the freedom to reach out to others that may be less fortunate or experienced and teach them true principles that will lead to more productive and fulfilling lives.
Our ability to work and live together can only be enhanced when we have survival skills that compliment our abilities to manage our daily lives successfully in a modern world. As such we gain greater independence for ourselves, family, and friends when we learn to manage our money, time, careers, businesses, education, health and home in such ways that brings greater prosperity to ourselves and others.
Let us each become more responsible as we acquire new skills and experience to prepare ourselves, our families and friends to improve our ability to survive and prosper throughout the days ahead regardless of events that may threaten our common existence.
